Northwood C.C. rents the Gymnasium/MPR for Socials, Weddings, Showers, Banquets, Birthday Parties, Windups, Seminars, Training Sessions, Anniversary Parties, Meetings, etc.
Social/Party Event Price List
Capacity: Gym 262 Rental: $930.00 (GST included)
MPR 78 $385.00 (GST included)
Gym&MPR 340 $1030.00 (GST included)
Rental Includes:
1. Ice & Mix (pop)
2. Two (3) bartenders
3. Beer cups and shot cups
Note: Orange juice, Clamato juice, lemons, limes, coffee and tea are your responsibility.
Damage Security Deposit: $260.00 Gym, $80.00 MPR, or $280.00 for both is required at least one month prior to your function. (One social ticket and copy of liquor permit is required one week prior to function)
Your Responsibilities are:
1. Clean kitchen at the end of function
2. Remove all decorations
3. Clear tables
4. Remove all garbages to bins located outside
5. Remove all liquor and empties from building
6. CONFETTI:
Is not allowed Result of usage will be $35.00 deduction from your damage deposit
7. HELIUM BALLOOMS:
Are an additional $35.00 charge, which will be deducted from your Damage Deposit
8. Damage/Security NOT to be deducted from the hall rental fee. Hall rental fee is to be paid in
Full (CASH ONLY) The day of the function and the Damage/Security deposit will be returned
within 21 days after your function if there are no damages or problems.

(rentals are based on a function without liquor)
*Rate is a maximum of 4 hours, if time exceeds past maximum an additional charge will apply:
Gym - $60.00 per hour
MPR- $45.00 per hour

*If you would like use of the portable bar for soft drinks an additional charge will apply:
Gym - $125.00 (includes 4 canisters)
MPR - $60.00 (includes 2 canisters)
Additional canisters $30.00 each

We will set up the hall and supply bags for garbages. Please bring your own supplies for decorations as well as coffee or tea.
